Refund policy

Overview

At Glow Arts by Giuzel, every giant flower is handcrafted with care and precision to your specific requirements. Because our products are custom-made to order, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Cancellations

Standard Orders: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 Hours: Once production has begun or materials specifically for your order have been sourced, cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking/labor fee.
Shipped Orders: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of our custom giant flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or style preferences once the item has been produced.

Each piece is unique. Minor variations in color or shape are a hallmark of handcrafted art and are not considered defects.

3. Damages and Issues

We take great pride in our packaging to ensure your flowers arrive in pristine condition. However, if your order arrives damaged:

Please inspect your order upon reception.
Contact us immediately at [Insert Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.
We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, provide a repair, a replacement, or a partial refund.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved (e.g., for a cancelled order within the grace period or a verified damaged item that cannot be replaced):

Refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Local Pickup (Kelowna, BC)

For customers choosing local pickup in Kelowna:

Items must be inspected at the time of pickup.
Once the item leaves our studio after a local pickup, Glow Arts by Giuzel is no longer liable for damages incurred during transport by the customer.
